Another exciting week in the Boarding House…
Edward K (Year 6) is our Star Boarder this week. Edward is a very good friend to all the boarders, takes part in all the activities on offer with a positive attitude, practices his music twice daily. Edward’s behaviour was fantastic this week. Well done Edward.
The first round of Boarders’ve Got Talent (BGT) took place on Monday in Kalendar Hall. We had a lot of fun and all the boarders who entered the competition tried really hard to entertain us. The audience was on fire and the judges took their role very seriously. It was an enjoyable evening. Thank you to the whole Boarding Team and Mrs Featherstone for their help and support, you were absolutely fantastic. A special thank you to William F (Year 4) and Georgie F (Year 2) for helping make this evening even more special. The list of candidates going through to the next round will be announced next Tuesday and the next BGT evening will take place on Monday 11th May.
As a French teacher, what a pleasure it was to watch James (Year 8) and Margot (Year 6) play guess who this week, using only French to communicate with each other. Well done you two!
I hope you enjoy this bank holiday weekend. I will see you back in the Boarding House on Monday!
