The nursery children have been looking at different weathers.
We have celebrated the sunshine and encouraged it to stay around for a little longer by making sunshine mobiles and displays. This week we have been looking at the rain and talking about how important the rain is for our food, for the growing plants and for water to drink.
We have experimented with different materials to see which are waterproof and which clothes we would choose to wear in stormy weather. Rainbow, snow, wind, hail, fog and sleet are still to come!
