For the last few weeks, Year 2 have been enjoying lots of learning based around dragons to link in with our topic on ‘Fire’.
We started our unit off by making dragon eggs which we then decorated with lots of glitter and jewels. These then became the focus for some excellent written work with children each imagining what their hatched dragon might be like and where it might live!
To finish our unit, we put all of these aspects together to create some magical stories.
