Former ECS Pupil Inspires With Phenomenal A-Level Success

This is Oscar, an ECS Alumnus, and today we’re celebrating his incredible achievement of 3 A* and 3 A grades at A-Level!

Oscar is a true role model to our pupils, and looks back fondly at his time here…

“My time at Exeter Cathedral School was inspiring and the opportunities I had as a chorister were life-changing. The school promotes a culture of hard work and organisation and I gained the skills of working as a team with professional musicians.

I learnt strategies to cope with all the stresses that life throws at you, no matter how big, but most importantly, I learnt to believe in myself!

This is the lasting gift that Exeter Cathedral School gave me and I am immensely grateful to have had these opportunities.

I would say my proudest moment was winning the House Music Prize for Grandisson!”

Now engrained in the Exeter School music department and undertaking lifeguard training, Oscar’s sights are set on making the most of every opportunity presented to him.

Well done, Oscar!
