Our annual auction and wine tasting event takes place next Friday (18th May), which has always been an extremely fun evening whilst proving to be one of our major fund raisers of the year. Lisa Arnold has been working hard to pull together a wonderful selection of auction lots, so if you haven’t already bought a ticket and would like one then please do so asap. Tickets cost £22 and are available from the school office or Hall House Reception. Please see our Facebook page for a taste of the auction lots that will be available.
The FECS summer fete sub committee met on Wednesday to go through plans for the summer fete which will take place on 16th June 2018 on the Cathedral Green between 10am – 4pm. This is another of our main events of the year so please do save the date. Northwood Estate agents have generously donated for sale signs to advertise the event across Exeter so do keep an eye out for them as they should be going up shortly.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR SUMMER FETE!! – This year we are in need of extra volunteers to help up with setting up marquees and tents etc. from 6.30am and also help with moving fete supplies to the Cathedral Green from 8am. We will also need help with clearing up between 4-6pm. If you are able to help during any of these time then please do get in touch by emailing us on [email protected]. Rotas to cover stalls throughout the day will be going out shortly along with letters for requests and raffle tickets.
