Considering choristerships?
Are you considering choristership for your son or daughter? If so, you are warmly invited to attend a meeting next Thursday, 16 January, from 3.15 – 3.45 pm in the Chantry Library. A talk will be provided by the Cathedral Precentor, Canon James Mustard, together with the Cathedral Director of Music, Mr Timothy Noon and the Assistant Director of Cathedral Music, Mr Timothy Parsons. There will be opportunities to ask questions and find out more about choristership and the audition process. The next official chorister auditions for internal candidates will take place on Saturday 1 February. If you would like your child to audition (the auditions are open to children in current Years 3, 4 and 5) please complete the attached application form and return it to Lucy Lewis. The deadline is today, Friday 10 January, but if you need a short extension to complete this form please contact Lucy by Monday 13 October ([email protected]).
