This week in Year 1, we have been learning about the parts of the body, our senses and also linking our learning to our Maths topic – measurement.
Evie J, Isaac H, James H, Hugo H and Charles C have been tracing bodies, labeling each part and taking detailed measurements.
Pupils have been learning about parts of speech in their grammar lessons such as nouns, pronouns and verbs. We’ve seen some innovative work on verbs in the present tense. Excellent work by Maria G, Nathan S, James H, Edward B, Rosanna C, Elsie F, Douglas S, Evie J, William B, Isaac H and Charles C.
