Charlotte J and her friend Rosie E, have started a skipping challenge to keep active during lockdown.
The girls, both in Year 6, have challenged themselves to do as many skips as possible – hopefully up to and more than 150!
Inspired by some of the world’s fastest and best skippers, such as boxer Anthony Joshua, the girls chose skipping because it’s really good cardiovascular work-out and can be done inside if it’s raining!
