There has been a lot in the news recently about the importance of recycling, reducing and reusing our resources.
Pupils in Years 6 – 8 have been putting this into practice by hosting their own Recycled Costume Show – with a bit of help from Mrs Reavill.
Throughout the evening, the audience were treated to a collection of exciting and innovative costumes fashioned from recycled materials, with each section of the show being designed around a certain theme. Pupils creatively deployed bin bags, reclaimed fabrics, bubble wrap, lampshades, feathers, card, etc., into their fashionable designs.
On the catwalk, the pupils modelled their costumes with a great sense of pride and confidence!
