Strings with King’s

A selection of ECS musicians attended the Strings Day at King’s College Taunton last week and had the opportunity to work alongside other visiting pupils, collaborating on several challenging pieces of music.

The visiting pupils also received a glowing report from the College’s music staff:

“Your cellists Thomas and Dominic did especially well with many solo lines and showed themselves to be real characters, in a good way! Sabina and Daniel led the first violins, Felicity held her own as the ‘viola section’ and the remaining 2nd and 3rd violinists showed real progress in learning their parts.”
