Another fun week for our Boarders…
This week’s Star Boarder is Josephine C (Year 8). Josephine only started boarding regularly last term and she has been a great addition to our caring and loving community. She is a pleasure to be around, and she takes part in all the activities on offer. We are very happy and lucky to have Josephine in our family. Josephine is kind and caring, which also makes her a great role model for our younger boarders. Well done, Josephine.
We are at the end of yet another busy week at school. Year 8 pupils have now finished their exams and have started their leavers’ programme with a variety of fun activities and lectures.
On Sunday, we went to the park and enjoyed the beautiful weather.
On Wednesday, it was Spanish paella night and chocolate fountain! Thank you to Dean and his catering team for treating us with such delicious food. Thank you also to Henry C (Year 5) who helped in the kitchens but also behind the counter serving the food to his fellow boarding friends.
On Thursday, we celebrated James MC’s birthday (Year 8 Senior Boarder). It was fantastic to see the smile on his face when all the boarders and staff sang happy birthday and his friends brought him a beautiful cake and card signed by the whole boarding community.
