This week in the Boarding House…

What a pleasure it has been to welcome back all our boarders this week, including flexi boarders who had not been able to board for quite a while.

This week has been full of fun and excitement in the Boarding House and the beautiful weather and late nights have given us more opportunities to spend time outdoors and play a variety of fun games together.

Our Star Boarder of the Week is Theo W (Year 8). Theo decided he wanted to board more this term to allow him to spend more time on his Common Entrance Exams revisions. On top of that, Theo is a chorister and an extremely talented musician, which makes him a very busy pupil. He has had a great week in the Boarding House, displaying positive attitude, good behaviour and kindness. Well done Theo!

This week we also celebrated Eliza A’s birthday. We hope you enjoyed your cake and a fun evening with all your friends.

As you know, at ECS, we give music a lot of importance and that is why boarders practice their instruments twice daily. This week, to reward them for all their effort and hard work on a daily basis, and also to give them an opportunity to shine, the Boarding House have organised a ‘Boarders’ Got Talent’ competition. The first round will take place on Monday 26th April in Kalendar Hall.

Have a great weekend everyone. Stay safe!
